PRIVACY
This site has no sign-up and no login. It does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other directly identifying information. It uses anonymous measurement to learn which documents get read, and a visitor can turn that measurement off.
What is collected
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-K822TGQ67B) records page views, referral source, browser and device type, approximate region, and in-site interactions, all anonymously. Interactions include pattern, article, and skill views, code copies, assessment tool runs, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics. No event carries a name, an address, or any other identifier of a person.
What is stored in your browser
Your measurement choice is kept in browser local storage under the analytics_consent key. An internal_traffic cookie is used to exclude the operator's own visits from the statistics. Both values stay on your device and disappear when you clear site data in your browser.
How consent works
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2. The advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are always denied — this site carries no advertising. The analytics signal (analytics_storage) is granted by default; choosing Decline in the banner shown on a first visit stores that choice and stops measurement from then on.
Why it is collected
The data is used only to see which documents are actually read and how readers arrive, and to fix the structure and the content accordingly. It is not used for ad targeting, profiling, or remarketing, and it is never sold or handed to a third party.
Processors
Measurement data is processed by Google Analytics 4, operated by Google LLC. The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc., which may generate access logs while serving requests. Both providers handle that data under their own published policies. No other external service receives visit data from this site.
Retention
Event data is deleted automatically once the retention period configured on the Google Analytics property elapses. The site runs no database of its own for visitor information, so nothing accumulates on the server side.
Your choices
To opt out, choose Decline in the consent banner, or use your browser's tracking protection or the Analytics opt-out add-on distributed by Google. Declining measurement changes nothing about access — every document and tool on the site works the same way.
Children
This site addresses practitioners working on software design and product operations. It does not collect information from children under 14.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date on this page is updated and the changed wording is reflected in the text. Adding or replacing a measurement tool is announced the same way.
Contact
Send questions about data handling, or access and deletion requests, to contact@reopt.ai. The operator is reopt Inc.
