What to write about
- Errors in the pattern catalog, missing counterexamples, anti-patterns you hit in production
- Judgment questions about fitting the OCLS loop or the four-layer model to your organization
- Adjustments needed to adopt the GOVERNANCE.md template and lint rules as an internal standard

Response
Email is read and answered on business days. Repository issues move faster the more reproducible the report is. For a documentation error, name the page and the paragraph and say what is wrong — that is usually enough to verify it. For adoption questions, the stage of the product, the shape of the team, and the specific decision you are stuck on make the answer concrete.
